Why Double Standards on Global Security & Disarmament

 

 

 

Besides Europe and USA, do other nations have no right to safeguard their borders, adopt the similar posture as big nations are doing? Threatened by blasts and pre-emptive strikes what should smaller nation do today?  They feared that Iraq possessed WMD and which were not there. They refuse to move out from Iraq and are eyeing on Iran-why? 

 

It is clear that a few countries in the world with less than 15% of global population have assumed that they are the Lords of this earth and can do anything because they are rich and they are powerful and they can deny the rights of other nations who are threatened by the blasts and they can even make pre-emptive strikes if their ill intended resolution is not adopted by United Nations Security Council or vetoed by any power.

 

Pre-emptive attack policy is nothing short of Terrorism that global community has allowed to be legalized now. And the entire world watches like impotent tamed puppet and dances to the tune of those who are pushing an unholy, intimidating monarchial policy.

 

This started more than two decades back when Baghdad's nuclear reactors were attacked on the assumptions that they were making nuclear weapons to destroy Israel.  

Today we see EU preparing a draft resolution to urge UN watchdog to report Tehran to the Security Council for sanctions. Where is sanity in the plea that a few powerful nations adopt and gather-device the moves, prepare a draft of "nuclear apartheid" by discriminating against access by NPT members the right to use peaceful nuclear technology.

Truth never changes and cannot be altered even if entire world sides with what is not a Truth. Entire European block and US is accusing Iran and perhaps misrepresenting its peaceful nuclear energy program. This can be more of a  propaganda and a ploy to reach a point when the allied forces or from US or privately hired armies as they exist in Iraq- can enter their country or initiate pre-emptive strikes irrespective of global opinion in this regard.

 

The US and Europe's threats to refer the Tehran nuclear dossier to the U.N. Security Council, which could impose sanctions, if Iran doesn't stop enriching uranium is totally irrational and not required. Washington is seeking and has been successful in lining up support of some of its allied nations, for referring Iran’s dossiers to UN Security Council and are moving to take with them  veto-wielding Russia and China who might oppose any sanctions against Iran.


What is the crime Iran has committed other than they claiming ready to adopt "far-reaching" steps beyond the requirements of the Non-Proliferation Treaty to ease unreasonable and propagated fears of its intentions?

 

There are scores of other nations with Nuclear arsenals- India, China, Russia, Europe, Canada, Australia, Korea and several more smaller nations with nuclear weapons and India and Pakistan have already fought 4 wars in last few decades and they possess WMD.

 

Is not India or Pakistan a threat to global community? Yes tomorrow they could be if they come in view of vested global clandestine designs of some powers who are staging an ugly show and do not disarm themselves.  

 

The IAEA has already installed cameras to monitor Iran's nuclear activities and when a country adopts all such confidence building measures, agrees to walks on the lines of transparency, engages in serious partnership with private and public sectors of other countries in the implementation of its uranium enrichment programs and gets an open approval of the President of United States also on this who states that US approves Iran having a peaceful nuclear program and this is a -step forward.

 

Israel's greatest threat today remains the missiles which are pointed at her from Iran. Missiles which will soon they say have a capability of striking Israel, her neighbors and much of Europe with nuclear payloads. Ah! They are forgetting that entire world knows who makes pre-emptive strikes. The facts are on record that Israel took out nukes on Iraq in the past and US went ahead against the global opinion and devastated Iraq beyond repairs in their pre-emptive strikes to install Saddam from power in Iraq and having done this they are still there. Why?

 

In spite of all such compliances why global community wants to push OIL RICH STATES to the wall and why is there all this fuss still and threats of UN resolutions against Iran or hidden moves of pre-emptive attack like they did in Iraq and devastated the nation beyond repairs.

 

What a waste of human and economic resources. To what insane limits governments can go and UN tamely opening its door for another verdict full of Evil designs, unjust and unfair.

 

They huddle together like pounding hounds and call for a Security Council action when smaller nations refuse to accept their bait or agree to come under their pressure of threat technology or fear of sanctions and action against them from International Community or pressures to bind them and bring them to UN Security Council just on the basis of suspicion about their nuclear agenda.

When a nation repeated calls that they have peaceful intentions and are cooperating with International norms and IAEA why there are then the threats of war and pre-emptive armed onslaughts, sanctions and waste of time of planet people? A totally irrational, illogical stand from the powers that be and why should smaller nations cave in to such demands and pressures from rich and powerful? Because they are rich and they are powerful and they can get away with anything even if irrational, illogical, and not at all just of fair the Iranian leader told reporters. Why must a nation give in to bullying in international relations while time and again comes a call to international community that Iran is ready for any constructive interaction and a just dialogue. Where is the sanity in our system that some nations try to impose their will on weaker nations and use language of force, intimidation and threat? Do we feel that right of safety of their land and dignity of a nation rests only with US and Europe who can accuse anyone, take any move to accuse other nations, initiate preemptive strikes against Iraq with similar threats to Iran, Syria, North Korea and may be tomorrow India or Pakistan on nuclear weapons without attempting to disarm and diffuse their own huge WMDs and deadly weapons that can wipe away the traces of humanity from the face of this planet earth.

 

This is wrong, unjustified, and totally irrational, un debatable till the end and global community must pay head before a few monsters and enemies of peace destroy many more millions with their reckless show of power and global domination plans. Diplomatic meetings and high level peace talks must be initiated by all nations to strengthen the process of United Nations and restructure the United Nations Security Council. Bigger nations have more responsibility and India, China, US, Russia, EU and other nations must look at the worsening global situation from the angle of stability and peace and urge USA and all other nations to go for global and unconditional Nuclear Disarmament and complete the process within a short period. Because nothing is more important than PEACE on this planet and Now!

In London last week US Ambassador to UN said Iran Might ultimately supply nuclear weapons to terrorists. Such pre-supposed imaginations and unfounded fears were responsible for total devastation of Iraq when US intelligence agencies suggested Washington that they presumed that Iraq had WMD and a threat to USA sitting at more than 6000 miles. We see the similar trend repeating again this time with Iran while at the same time hide the obnoxious odor they created in form of clean chit to Israel. Why not sanctions there. Why not pre-emptive attacks against Tel-Aviv? Why not a draft against resolution here? Why only against those who are not on their side? This is the state of Liberty and freedom that humanity showcases today.

Sitting on mind boggling stockpiles of nuclear arsenals nuclear powers can kill entire human race more than 60,000 times, although one dies once -they put the international pressures and create false news propaganda that smaller countries are a threat to them and should be stopped of any nuclear ambitions- while repeatedly ignoring plea taken by Iran that they have right to nuclear options and are ready for constant monitoring by IAEA cameras watching round the clock their activities in nuclear enrichment plants and their programs.

 

US diplomats feel that they think that the Iranians have been pursuing a nuclear weapons program and are engaged in concealment and deception and they've engaged in threats before.

Tehran insists that its nuclear program is designed to generate energy purely for civil purposes. But Washington suspects them developing nuclear weapons. They suspected likewise in case of Iraq and the world has seen that Iraq possessed no WMD and was not a threat to US sitting as far as 6000 miles from their shores. Did they find WMD? No! And yet again they are perusing their wrong agenda against Iran. Why? What are the real reasons?

 

Iran's accusation of United States is not without a reason and similarly,  all other nations must denounce US and EU moves that call against resolution against Iran.

 

Those who accuse other nations today are the very countries who have actually used nuclear weapons, continue to produce, stockpile and extensively test such weapons of global destruction and are pushing humanity on the verge of total elimination from the face of this earth.

 

They have used Nuclear devices and killed and maimed millions of people on earth during WWII and have continued with global domination agenda since then.  They have armed Israel with weapons of mass destruction and keep mum on this point and want to continue with Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Korea and tomorrow where it will suit their plans may be India and Pakistan.

 

Why is there never an Independent enquiry how a tiny nation- Israel, acquired nuclear weapons. They point out fingers on bases of hidden select and choose policy airing the slogans of total disarmament and  nuclear-free zones but WITHOUT themselves disarming or initiate a process of global disarmament starting from themselves first.

 

 

Why we have double standards and not a similar yardstick on such important issues as global security?  Why then double standards of United Nations. Why should Security Council adopt a draft against Iran? Why not other nations stand in protest, join and call for a draft in UNSC for similar draft and sanctions against Superpowers who initiate pre-emptive strikes, move UN resolutions but do NOTHING for global disarmament. They would accuse any country and attack and launch an offensive against weaker nations, wreck and ruin them beyond repairs but would not do anything to disarm themselves. Why ? We need to have a collected gathering of Global Community against just a few dozen of mischievous nations and ask them to mend their ways and work for global peace and development instead of waging wars and causing disruption in human life.

 

India or any other nation must not support blindly such drafts and urge Russia and China to stall the process and use Veto against any such unjust moves labelled as International Community Representation but allowing innocent people of any country to be killed and devastated for their entire lifespan.
